  • Orders $15K+ 2%/30days, Net 45 (regular terms 1%/30 days)
  • Purchase Minimum Dollar amount (after discount) to receive discount percentage - Mix & Match products within category.
  • Available to all Canon direct account members excluding TAK, CE, Mega & B2B
  • Order MUST be given to Canon Rep using this order form no later then Sep 11, 2026
  • Members DO NOT place their own orders - All orders will be placed by Foto Source HQ on Sep 14 (approx.)
  • $15,000 minimum per order qualifies for 2% / 30 Day, Net terms - Administered by FSHQ
  • Minimum dollar amount is based on total after discount in each category
  • Each category may result in a separate PO
  • Order must meet Canon's $900 minimum. No Transshipping permitted.
  • Canon reserves the right to limit quantities - Back orders will be shipped as deliveries arrive
  • Order cannot be modified - back orders cannot be canceled
  • Orders must be shipped no later than Dec 31, 2026 to qualify for discount
